Responsibilities:
As Welding Supervisor, you will need to perform the following tasks & responsibilities:
- Promote awareness and bring improvements in Welding Department
- Ability to build confidence and maintain good relationship with customers, third parties and management for all matters relating to welding
- Investigate root causes for welding selling problems
- Responsible for the achievement of the targets on the Welding Department
- Monthly report to management
- Evaluation performance on monthly and yearly in the Welding Department
- Training and development all welding team to increasing target and performance
- Directing and assign tasks to each team
- Handling customer complaint and give the solution
- Analyze and make a strategy to increase sales for welding market in Indonesia
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Metallurgy)
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (is a plus)
- Experience min. 5 year in an equivalent is required on the same position
- Full-Time position(s) available
- Candidates must have a good leadership and integrity
- Maximum 40 years old Having a good leadership and problem solving
- A good knowledge and understanding of different materials and related metallurgy, weldability, and heat treatment.
