Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Melakukan inspeksi material (Spec, visual, dimensional)

Melakukan inspeksi Dimensional Fabrikasi & Assembly

Melakukan Inspeksi visual welding

Melakukan NDE Testing MT/PT

Melakukan testing ispeksi lainnya sesuai ITP (yang relevan)

Report inspeksi /Testing sesuai format yang ditentukan

Persyaratan:

• Pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin / Sipil / Metalurgi /  Industri
• Usia 24 - 37 tahun
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di QC Steel Fabrication
• Memiliki sertifikat Welding Inspector
• Memiliki sertifikat NDE Inspector level 2 (MT/PT)
• Familiar dengan code / standard & tolerances for steel structures
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Cilegon

Minimum Requirement:

• Male, with max. age 40 years old 
• Min. S1 Engineering 
• Min. 3 years (s) of working experience in the same position, specially in Fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger etc.
• Certified in Welding Inspector 
• Able to prepare and read WPS & PQR. 
• Able to create a report NDT, Painting reports, etc. 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). 
• Computer literate

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan pemeliharaan peralatan/equipment, piping, tanki, vesel.
• Monitoring project kontrol.
• Melakukan inspeksi rutin sesuai dengan jadwal.
• Melakukan inspeksi visual dan ketebalan tanki, piping, vesel.
• Membuat laporan inspeksi.

Persyaratan:

• Diutamakan jurusan Teknik Mesin.
• Mempunyai sertifikat WI dan NDT level II.
• Bisa menggunakan alat inspeksi dan fungsinya.
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris (pasif).
• Proaktif, dinamis dan dapat bekerjasama dengan tim.

Responsible:
Responsible for activities in support of the design and development of major power station related plant/system and associated piping and welding.

Job requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Industrial Mechanical/Piping Engineering, 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a solid Mechanical and Piping design and implementation industrial environment in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or Industrial Gas Industry.

• Balikpapan : 2 position
