As a result, CladTek is able to service all its worldwide clients' needs in terms of quality, logistics, size and without any adverse effect on cost.
Job Descriptions :
- Review all quality-related documentation and testing requirements particular to the order.
- Identify inspection requirements and ensure these can be implemented.
- Prepare or develop required procedure to be implemented in project. This may include but not limited to Inspection & Test Plan, Inspection & Test procedure, Method Statements.
- Identify and advise QA QC Manager if any special inspection equipment needs to be available
- Coordinate with QA QC Doc Supervisor and QA QC Manager in identifying inspection and testing documentation
- Requirement for particular project.
- Ensure all testing equipment is in calibration.
- Monitor the production process including any pre production trials.
- Ensure QC personnel are performing adequately and fully documenting their findings.
- Ensure all QC records are prepared and progressively collated into MRTS etc as required
- Where required prepare any NCRs, MRB etc for formal issue.
- Advice / issue notices to Client representatives on availability of HOLD & WITNESS points.
- Perform Supplier assessment and maintain the records.
- Perform internal audits as and when requested by QA QC Manager.
- Assist QA QC Quality Manager during audits, vendor appraisals.
- Assist QA QC Manager with TQs, Client requests
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Industrial Engineering
- 5 years previous experience in a similar QA QC role.
- Certified Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 , Painting & Blasting Inspector, Process Piping Engineering ASME B32.3, MT, PT, UT and Radiographic Interpreter
- Excellent understanding in QMS and ISO 9001 requirements and implementation
- Good understanding in pipe manufacturing and welding process
- Formal training in quality management including internal auditing desirable
